You know how I know my supervisor is a good supervisor?

She actually makes me want to improve my skills and possibly be promoted within the company. She doesn't micromanage, she just privately sits you down, tells you what you can improve on, and leaves the rest to you. Also she's such a laid back and kind person, you don't want to disappoint her with low call scores lol.
