Cashier, Drivers, anything customer related.

When the railway was first invented, those who appeared to know the score foresaw the fate of the horse and buggy. Then when the automobile was invented, those who appeared to know the score foresaw the fate of the steam locomotive and it's passenger cars.

I don't know about you, but the last time I took noticed, horses were still alive and well and buggy manufacturers were still in business and I still have to stop and wait for a passenger train to cross the road I'm driving on at least once every day.

@SandWitch That's amazing, you will also see cashier's in mom and pop stores, however in grocery/big box stores, soon you will not. Same with the warehouse jobs, robotics will be picking/ filling orders for logistics with minimal human interaction.

Almost all of that is already the case! None of that is a future event, that is what's happening almost everywhere.

What part of what you've described as quoted above will not be here in 5 - 10 years then?

@SandWitch wait for it.... The question was "Wiped out, " and the future will hold that reality for you.

That was my point... what you described as being wiped out in 5 - 10 years is already in the state that you've describe those professions to be moving toward, but as I pointed out, they are already 'today' where YOU think they will go in 10 years from now.
