I’m so happy my love finally got a job! ☺

I can tell Desmond’s feeling really good about it. Had his first day today! It was a half-day since he only worked through the afternoon, but he’ll do full 8-hour days from here on and he said today was mainly about showing him the ropes and introducing him to his co-workers anyway. He said he actually knows some of them, so that’s nice. He’ll be working as a groundskeeper, which I think will suit him just fine since manual labor is kinda his skillset. In any case, I’m just so happy he’s officially employed now. It took a while, but he’s done it! 🤗
