I know exactly how it feels. I hate browsing through online job offers. I never feel good enough for anything or by the description, I don't even know what kind of job is that exactly and what would I do.

Almost everyone is underqualified for jobs as described in advertisements. Sometimes you have to try to read between the lines. Remember that very often the ad is not created by the manager who the successful applicant will directly report to but rather by someone quite remote from the actual job. So you get ads that ask for ten years of experience with a technology that was only invented five years go. And jobs described as entry level that nonetheless ask for a breadth of experience that can only be obtained by a decade in the industry.

So my advice is to apply anyway but also to send your CV to an employment agency and let them do the work of sifting the ads.
