What does it mean if

You complete all the rounds of interviews and HR says they will update you but they didnt. And when you text them asking for an update, they dont reply?

Why cant they just inform... even if I was rejected? Why the silence and the lack of decency to reply when someone has reached out?

pro tip: If you are applying to enough jobs you should be receiving so many rejection letters and feedback that they seem like spam mail to you.

Remember that for every job on linked in there are usually about 500 to 1000 applicants which means that you need to apply to 1000 jobs to get one interview.

Dont waste your time on any one job application. Spam Spam Spam.
