Are any of you neurodivergent and have difficulty fitting in at work?

I started a new job and ended up in a meeting where I was told that I was essentially wierd and that they didn't like when I worked too hard or made them feel like I could do their job better than them.

lol this happens often to me, so I am trying to figure out where I should work, so that I have something to do.

@Dignaga thanks, but they would need some kind of education aspect or recruitment for me to do that
@Avengiline not necessarily, nearby me is a orbital engineering group in Pittsburgh, they sent a mooner lander (that failed) to the moon a month or two back. It's a private company who will hire who they want.

I'm barely in the autistic spectrum, usually just say I'm a INTJ. I avoid eye contact for the most part instinctively, stone cold unemotional face, very analytic. But as a guy that passes in the military or as a civilian as security. Women can't really pull off the unintentional intimidation factor stare (that's my thinking face). But I'm barely in the spectrum and most people wouldn't notice it in me.
