Does anyone here have a physical demanding job.

I'm retired from loading and unloading mail trucks. Twenty five years of it.

I'm technically retired, but I've been working (for no pay of course) for my parents as a caregiver for 2 years. Part of the job, besides cleaning house and cooking, was decluttering the 2000 square ft livng space, plus a basement packed with 70 years worth of stuff... I'm still working on it, and oh, does my back ache. 🤐

I have a job interview on Tuesday and if I get the job I'll be at a call center. Not very physical. Lol

Do you use ginseng?
