Am I rejected?

I passed the initial interview and exams last week. After the interview with the managers(last friday), they told me that they'll updated me ASAP. The HR even texted me "Thank you for meeting the team! I'll update you ASAP on the feedback. "

I tried to follow-up this morning and got no answers.

You may have been on the front end of the interview process. I know when I was interviewing to fill a position it would take several weeks to get through all the applicants. The managers interviewing still have their jobs to accomplish themselves. Three or four days is a long time to you. But not to the process. Exercise patience. If you followup with them continually, it may show a lack of ability to follow instructions. I know it would irritate me and you would have to stand head and shoulders above other applicants for me to provide a job offer.
