Which professions have the highest turnover rates?

Social/human services has a very high turnover rate, which is not surprising at all.

Human Services are just that—human. They're run for people, by people. That's why the high staff turnover rate (24.26% in Child Welfare Services alone) in these types of organizations has critical implications for organizational effectiveness and human well-being.

Teachers seem to be here….50 quit at just one school (one of two high schools here) and another got in trouble on her 2nd or 3rd day and got suspended so she went ahead and resigned. No telling what will ensue before the end of the school year.

@cherokeepatti It has to be pretty terrible in low income areas. I can't even imagine.

@SubstantialKick Not a low income area though. This is a university city. They offer Aviation school starting freshman year in public high school here. Among other things.

@SubstantialKick There were 800 freshman students at the high school last year, that’s the reason they gave for quitting. There are 1000 freshman enrolled this year so….
