Which professions have the highest turnover rates?

Social/human services has a very high turnover rate, which is not surprising at all.

Human Services are just that—human. They're run for people, by people. That's why the high staff turnover rate (24.26% in Child Welfare Services alone) in these types of organizations has critical implications for organizational effectiveness and human well-being.

The poor people that get the emergency calls like imagine hearing screaming and crying listen to murders and children dying like they get paid 100k but idk how they do it tbh
