Why are Walmart employees so miserable? I can't be the only one that notices this.

Being in the workforce just drags you down I get that. But walking into Walmart it's like being in this black hole of despair. All the workers walk around looking like they're heavily medicated and want to cut themselves.

I'll tell you why. Walmart treats their employees like shit. They won't work them full-time, because they don't want to pay for medical benefits, but they work them almost full time, to get the most out of them. Plus on top of that, those poor fuckers have to buy their own uniforms. Walmart doesn't provide them.

@LordShadowfire Interesting and informative. Thanks.
@TrumpIsFinallyGone I knew a guy who worked there. He told me all their nasty little secrets.

Probably cause they are medicated and want to cut themselves. It is a overly harsh job that has no higher purpose so a person can not finding meaning in their job. It is a place that should be used as a temporary job at best. It is soul sucking and they treat people like shit and even brainwash some of their employees into being shills cracking down on unions and glorifying the company and talking about how they live to serve the community. I would cry regularly working there.

Because it's a fucking horrible place to work and they get paid shit. I wish they would all quit so Walmart would die

@caccoon Have you ever known someone that works for the company?

Wow, really?
Maybe they don't pay enough!

Amazon drivers are like that

@Lilnonames I have always enjoyed my interactions with the Amazon drivers I've met. They are incentivized though to be friendly because they know you can give them feedback on their delivery.
