Seriously, some women shop for husbands.

@OogieBoogie you might laugh about this, but here in Germany a company used to run a dating website called "shop a man", its ads showing women carrying men around in shopping carts. Disgusting.

@scooogy the saddest part of this is .....its emotionally true.

Ive known women who basically used sex as a barter tool with their husbands: 'let me shop and you get sex', 'get me a new kitchen and ill be sweet as honey for a month '.

It makes me wonder how little we have grown as a species.

@OogieBoogie I know right? what do you think does it mean if my ex-crush tells me of her plans for moving into a new apartment as soon as she finds one, but then again says she doesn't want to move in with her boyfriend? I bet they only meet for sex 🙄

@scooogy i think it means she knows she's going to dump him, or she has a feeling they will split up at some point .

If she really loved him, she would want to be with him .
But she's keeping her independence for a reason.

But that reminds me of when I saw the two of them walking to his apartment.. no talking, no holding hands, no looking at each other, him listening to music, her wearing a short skirt and fishnet tights.. please tell me if I'm wrong, but to me she looked like his whore..

@OogieBoogie okay but just for stupid me... why don't they quit yet? I find it weird how much more she's talking to me, like even getting closer when I'm talking (at her workplace in a supermarket while she puts things in the shelves) do you think she just can't be alone? Did she tell me of her boyfriend just to get me jealous and make me ask her out?

@scooogy some people NEED attention , especially if its from someone who "likes " them . It makes them feel wanted .

And you might be right . Some people relationship hop , from one , straight into another .

@OogieBoogie I used to give her way more attention right until the day when I graduated. I bet she knew, which might be why she went cold right then and there. While I got busy searching for a job which took me a few months, then focusing on it for several more months. Meanwhile I wouldn't have to worry about it for a while, having the contract renewed until May 2023 and debt repayments going well.

She seemed to quit with her previous guy after she told me of him and he found out (she got mad at me though, saying I was bothering her at work, but I calmed her down again and apologized). Now since that happened and I found out that she was single again by coincidently finding her on a dating app, should I keep on checking if she's still with him? I couldn't and shouldn't really make her quit with him I guess.

@scooogy i think she sounds dangerous and you should be aware of the red flags youve told me .
