i think i just need to rethink my expectations.

I don't know why I graduated thinking I could just apply for a job and get one like that. This is gonna be a years long process and if I wanna make it till then, I need to get my ass into town and try to get a service job in the meantime. I guess I just keep thinking back to the fact that everyone else in my class seemed to get something right out of college, but I mean of course they would say that and nobody's gonna say jack shit if they didn't. Besides, I was probably just good at acquainting myself with students who were smarter than average and that skews my perception.
