I don't know what's wrong with me

So every job I've had has ended badly for me and I've recently just got a new job and I'm scared that this one Is.going to go the same I've worked for some terrible people that have talked down to Me and belittled me and made me feel stupid I just want to thrive and make my family and myself proud
