My supervisor said I’m too slow on the job and is saying I have this month to improve. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’ve put in my 2 week notice

I’m at my retail job. What should I do. Should I stick it out and put in my best effort to hopefully meet their standards, or start looking for another job? I wanted to work construction so badly, but yet again I can’t do the work fast enough.

Bosses like that will drive you to your grave.
Just so your boss can receive higher profits than already making.
Find another position, but stay there until you do find another job.
