Would you use a vending machine if you had to digitally accept terms and conditions before being allowed to buy stuff?

The ShopAll vending machines do this! They have a screen at which you have to read, accept and I think even sign (maybe even digitally) T's and C's and validate your payment method.

I don't think the machines accept cash either - all purchases must be done with electronic (ie. logged and trackable) payments.

At my work there were until not too long ago RF keyfob activated safety equipment vending machines that 'sought approval' before allowing you to get stuff like gloves, sunscreen, batteries for torches, safety glasses, and the like, but there were no T's and C's that an employee had to read and accept/sign before being able to get things he or she needed to do his or her job safely.
