Maybe so, and it's not new, nor unique, and the West pretending it is about as banal as anything else. It's a great excuse though for rising commodities, where banks/oil companies laugh, while this kind of disruption exists elsewhere we ignore... but those are in places we don't care about. Yes, the mighty moral conscious of the west thanking Russia for creating another cold war.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but we (west) can afford sending weaponry and "volunteers" for far longer than Russia can continue replacing its own losses

@plungesponge So long as it's not an official army you can't say a country is involved. Russia itself has the Wagner group for this kind of plausible deniability reasons.
