It's a lot of things thats contributed to it being a much harder fight than Russia thought it would be.
Poorly preparation for stiff resistance slowing momentum.
Terrible planning and setting up of supply lines.
Corruption funnelling money intended for the military into oligarchs pockets.
T-70s having a fatal design flaw that the Javelin system can exploit causing significant losses to armoured support.
Main failure lies with one mans arrogance believing he could roll over them and be welcomed as a liberator.
Regardless of the politics Ukrainians have proven when their homes under attack people will stand and fight doesn't matter who is attacking.
We can only hope the bloodshed ends soon.
