Why wouldn't it be?
It's not like a hairstylist/barber, using a cookie-cutter for their job. Yes, they do have to do run-of-the-mill basic cuts, but it does take creative skills for the most part. Otherwise, there wouldn't be a need for cosmetology schooling.
