If the technology works, it would not be much different than manufacturers making a replacement hip or knee joint I guess. There is an artificial heart, not really aware if other viable options are available.

I think it’s sensible and inevitable, but governance will be key. What we will see eventually is the new organs being better than the natural ones which will also create an ethical dilemma.

Hard one to answer. We shouldn't play God but we have been ingesting artificial stuff for a long time so we may already be semi-artificial. Also, will this stuff change who we are in some way?
