So many businesses ask - How was your experience with us?

All I can say is if I was unhappy with the experience I would let them know off my own bat.
Too many businesses now ask this, or - Like us on Facebook.
For the most part I ignore these requests.

@cherokeepatti It is. Something I refuse to do. If they have to rely on positive reviews then they may have an image problem.
Would they actually do anything if a negative view was given?
Generic reply would be - Thank you for your feedback. We will pass your concerns on.
