Help Dealing With a Client

I'm a personal trainer for a living. Over the last two months my business slowed down, as few Orthodox Jewish clients left over their most important holiday. Most came back.

One client in particular legitimately had a problem paying me on the week before this holiday (Sukkot), and he showed me he was struggling to log on to his bank to Zelle me money. Two days later he requested in advance to take the next session off before he left for the mountains with his family. He acknowledged that he owes me money but still didn't pay me.

After Sukkot he reaches out on his own and requested another week off to get back into the swing of things. I granted it. The following week I reached out to confirm his return and he said his wife was about to give birth any day now so it was unlikely. He once again acknowledged that he owed me money, but still didn't pay me.

She gave birth to a baby boy only a day later. So I knew not to reach out since in that community, they have a bris within eight days. I want to confirm his return this coming week. He also still owes me money. He's one of THE most tech savvy Orthodox Jews I've ever met so I don't know why he can't just pay me.

This is the first time I've ever dealt with this. I don't think he's blatantly avoiding me. Or is he and my autistic ass doesn't realize it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

He is occupied. Send a reminder 2 weeks after the birth.

If no response, then a gentle reminder every Monday or Tuesday.

@Magicianzini so would sending him a reminder today be considered too soon? I already sent him a zelle request last night for the money he owes me.
