Business has been good, new customer and new Snap On dealer. This new customer, my wife sent her down. A single mom of 2 boys that just finished going through a divorce and has said she is coming back to me from now on. Went to another shop for a bad running condition quoting parts that did not need to be replaced. Found it was a bad ignition coil which I scanned for codes having a misfire code. I ended up putting a set of spark plugs which were worn out too. She was happy to see this and seen I saved her money. Said I was honest to her and care about her. Told her I have been through tough times just like her as well in my life I overcame. Said she was doing used vehicle shopping for her oldest and said it will brought over to me for a pre purchase inspection. Told her right choice on it doing that. My previous Snap On dealer retired on me 2 weeks ago and the replacement came in on Wednesday, great guy. Bought a torque wrench set and he gave me a deal on it. Oldest daughter bought a 1/4 cordless ratchet, her last one died on her on Monday she had for 6 years which was a cheap one. I deal with Snap On as well including Matco.
