I want to provide a service to those who are providing a service for those who want to go into buisness. I think that's gonna be the next big thing.
I just don't know what that is yet.

Cloud infrastructure businesses like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform are already doing that. They make it dead easy to start & expand your website.

And what services do those cloud platforms require? They need physical server farms with plenty of electrical power, cooling, backup generators, and multiple fiber networks. And yes, there are speculative businesses that build the buildings and cooling systems and rent space to cloud providers.

@ElwoodBlues Yes they need all of that. there could be money in a package deal that includes all that.
And coffee... So much coffee is gonna be consumed.
And maintenance.

@Matt85 One of the biggest bottlenecks now is electrical power. Amazon & Google are both making speculative deals for Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) which are, as yet, untested. Bill Gates has a company called TerraPower; they are constructing one of the first SMRs in Wyoming. Also check out NuScale Power & Natura Resources.

TerraPower uses a liquid sodium coolant; NuScale is light water; Natura will use molten salt. They will all use some level of enriched uranium; the smaller the reactor, the higher level of enrichment required. I expect these guys will be using somewhere around 10% U235, compared to the 3.5% used in previous generation utility scale reactors.

So maybe you could start a business importing 10% enriched uranium from Iran! Do you speak Farsi??
