Historical evidence would tend to suggest he hasn't got a clue. I wonder who he's going to blame? The democrats are basically just letting him implode. Musk will probably be the fall guy. At what point will he/they abdicate?

@Tastyfrzz There are an awful lot of "well-connected" people who had maximum security clearance, since fired by Musk.
