Would you call me fussy or difficult or perhaps trouble maker?

Scenario - when you buy professional chemicals for cleaning the supplier is supposed to provide you with a safely data sheet which contains all the details do's and don't in relation along with the expiration date of that data sheet.
Now, first off I received incomplete products and payment was taken much before.
Then, few SDS were sent for some other products. Then, the expiry date was incorrect.
Then, they didn't have the updated SDS.
If I questioned everything I am tough to deal with and all the bad names.. yea?
It's always "how you say not what you say"
@Donotfolowme can you show what you said or wrote

@Royricky09 I can but I won't coz I know I wasn't rude.
@Donotfolowme if you say so

Business is business. It isn’t personal. You buy something, you have a right to expect certain things.

@Ambroseguy80 Exactly my point, the stuff arrived as if it was dumped no professional packing nothing
Then this person didn't send the docs I had to ask then they were incorrect then incomplete. He apologized more than twice or thrice from memory in the email trail.
I shouldn't have any interaction with him at all.. Like IDEALLY.

@Donotfolowme chemicals above most others need to be provided to the customer with proper instructions and expiry dates. It’s not like you’re ordering a dress or pair of shoes
Donotfolowme · 51-55, F
@Jenny1234 and very smartly he said "oh for those I have asked the supplier to provide with an updated version and others I don't have" I was like wow! And all this if I had not asked.. wouldn't have ever been in Qs. So he sent everything without checking. And others saying he is very good with his work, I was like yea I know first hand.

No sounds like they’re incompetent
Donotfolowme · 51-55, F
@Jenny1234 Exactly!
