So wild..I called my warranty company

Monday to make a plumbing request. From there, the warranty normally reaches out to a plumber in my area, and that company reaches out to set up a time.

TELL ME WHY I get a text at 7:30am that a plumber is on his way?? I called and was like uhh I didn't make this appt. She said, "Yeah we just give you the next available spot."

Is that not the dumbest way to run a business you have ever heard? "Let me just go to peoples' homes and see if they HAPPEN to be there and available."
