Many businesses are doing it tough with the lack of customers through the doors

Over the previous month I have contacted a nursery, a Laptop repair business, a wrecking yard and an air conditioner service business via their on line contact forms.
None of them got back to me.
They are obviously too busy, or not interested enough to reply.
Business people out there, lift your game.

I forgot to mention.
I contacted football west to enquire about this seasons fixtures.
Their online portal is useless, when I input my club's next games, what comes up?
Results from 2020. or when I try another tack, input the competition grade my club plays in, what comes up?
"There are no teams registered in this competition"
So I try a different tack again and contact my club, they say the football west site is useless and is causing a great deal of frustration. I was told the clubs are being told they are playing clubs that do not exist in this state.

No response from football west who's CEO is paid $250,000 a year.
Businesses are taking the piss out of everyone and crying poor.
