What a strange name for political advertising posters - Corflutes

When I researched Corflute I discover that is the name of the material used for the signage.
Corrugated plastic.
Corflute is a durable ribbed or fluted plastic material that is available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses.
It is lightweight, weather resistant and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
