How Elon Musk is wrecking a company in less than a week...

1. Mass fires employees without a plan... then attempt to hire them back because you fired the wrong employees and too many of them.

2. Announces a plan to let subscribers buy their verification mark for a subscription fee... then put the plan on hold out of fear it will cause mayhem.

3. Claims to be against banning anyone for any behaviour and then threatening to ban people who break certain rules.

Jack Dorsey, the founder of Twitter who is no longer associated with the company has announced plans to start a new social media platform that is now in beta.

4. Go live, over the weekend, during a financial conference, and claim that ad revenue crashed, blame it on activist groups, and say that nothing is working to bring the advertisers back.
Well his moral compass came from his dad the man who got rich off of the slaves collecting blood diamonds

@fakable Enough to pay him $8 per month for "free speech"?
@ElwoodBlues
i don't need freedom of speech. i'm fine with freedom of body and mind.

all I want is freedom from body and thought.

and from myself.

@SW-User Uh, about that... Dorsey expressed regret for the way Twitter employees are being handled and while there is a friendship of sorts between him and Musk and he was originally supportive of Musk taking control of the company, it wasn't on the condition that he drive the company into the ground.

It is unlikely Dorsey's new venture and Twitter would operate collaboratively or cooperatively as they both will be competing for viewers, views, and advertisers. Unless they both have the goal to see who can lose as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time.
