Computational biology might take a very drastic turn , if it isn't already, and not necessarily to the better

I haven't checked but I wonder if there are actually laws sufficient enough to prevent insurance companies from using genetic data to limit access to healthcare even more, same for military purposes and creating incredibly advanced unprecedented biological weapons based on large chunks of available data and its processing.

@jehova I checked those links. It looks like insurance companies are still exempt when it's about life insurance and disability insurance. They can still collect data for those.
