there are 3 billion base pairs in the human DNA. How incredible. But coincidence or deliberate?

Note that part of the human DNA is the remaining genetic code from generations of infections from viruses.

@DrSunnyTheSkeptic there are definitely more than just genes in the code. But still an astronomical number altogether
DrSunnyTheSkeptic · 26-30, M
@Millerdog It's basically a microscopic level but gargantuan library of information about our species, who knows how many dormant genes we have in our genome, we've uncovered a bit of the meaning but probably are a long way off from decoding all the information.
Millerdog · 56-60, M
@DrSunnyTheSkeptic but would you say it's deliberate or by chance?
DrSunnyTheSkeptic · 26-30, M
@Millerdog The organism's structure is way too complex for it to be random and by chance, every blood vessel, every nerve, every tendon, every bone and cell are there because they have to, that's at least the case when no anomalies occur. However I don't know what you're implying, if you mean an intelligent creator as in God this doesn't mean that there has to be one.

@DrSunnyTheSkeptic would you not say deliberate implies something like intelligent design? To me is does. That's just me though
DrSunnyTheSkeptic · 26-30, M
@Millerdog By intelligent design I'd be more likely to believe ancient advanced aliens than anything else.

@DrSunnyTheSkeptic i wonder where they came from🤔
