"Frequencies"?

The word "frequency" is used quite a lot by those who subscribe to what we'd commonly label New Age beliefs (ex. astral projection, "channeling", karma and so on), but to what are they referring? Frequencies of what, exactly? A frequency is how often a given, cyclical phenomenon occurs during a defined period of time (ex. cycles per second, Hz), and on it's own has no meaning. Unless you're actually measuring something, to say that "the frequencies are increasing" is devoid of sense and meaning.

Everything in the world is made of energy -everything that in existence is made of energy _ energy has frequency.

Energy and its frequency are directly proportional, meaning that as the frequency of a wave or photon increases, its energy also increases. [1] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSWWQ3SW9ak&t=9), [2] ([media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbaTbESqycc)]

The nuclei in atoms which is what everything is made of is in continual motion. Protons / neutrons All in motion.

The universe is vibrating, mounting evidence shows https://earthsky.org/space/universe-is-vibrating-gravitational-wave-background/

So maybe someone or someone's have the ability to tune in to their own vibrational frequencies.

I've wondered that myself... 🤔

Frequency as in what you are currently in acceptance with. We passively accept that we are alive. But mind, subscribe to various ideas. That derives your future outcome of what you may experience and due to which state of mind you are in.

@DLight I was talking about tuning in as a frequency just means that you accept something to be true without any doubt. For example: you have no denial that similarworld website exist, this you purely accept it's existence.

Our minds form beliefs by accepting certain ideas and they remain true until proven wrong.

It's a nature of our reality that whatever you believe your consciousness will tune you into that reality where it is true if you hold no doubt. That is what is really called as faith but modern era misinterpreted it.

Hence when one believe it works, their consciousness is just tuning into a reality where it is true. Doubt only means you are two conflicting belief hence your consciousness don't really reach any reality where it works.

I hope you understood somewhat.
@Jester1987 "Without any doubt". In my mind, there is always doubt. People who are certain of what they believe to be true, tend to be dangerous as well.

@DLight Key is, your beliefs which are formed from various aspects of life and interests due to understanding, your frequency is tuned to such way of life. The doubts are okay, they are a undecided navigation from one idea of understanding to another which is challenging it. You always have a way to expand your understanding how reality actually works. That's why there are such topics because people rather know the truth and experience it than to blindly believe in text books knowledge shoved into our life. 🙏

It's a metaphorical method of suggesting two minds are in tune with one another. Women who can finish their partner's sentences, or people who share a similar thought, independently of one another, etc. You'd say, "Hey, our frequencies aligned," or, "It seems like we're tuned into each other."
I've said it myself on occasion. It basically means you share similar thoughts, a common worldview.
@Iknowyourouttheresomewhere Oh no! An alien! 😳
@DLight haha 🤣
Pick your nonsense. Zero evidence for all.
@BlueSkyKing LOL. 🤣
I remember seeing a guy on tv talking about it and he just seemed to be treating "frequency" as synonymous with "wave" and would have sounded a little less like a crackpot if he did say "wave"
