I have schizo affective d/o and have experienced similar things. Do you have a psychotic disorder?
It's hard because it can feel so real. But just because it feels real doesn't mean it is. Even if we can hallucinate it as seeming real. Still isn't.

@Ananke You cant' say its real though because one can say maybes it is something outwardly trying to communicate with us. Visitations and hallucinations are not the same.

@IsawDDevil It is true perhaps our level of science just isn't advanced enough and we are communicating with entities and maybe just seem insane at this point in time. But right now I find it is best for me to try to operate with the reality I am certain of.

There was twice when I actually heard voices in my head.

@IsawDDevil there's no real science backing your talk of abduction or hallucinations. So where's the insight. Never mind. I think I know this is just another rabbit hole

@Gibbon First we don't understand hallucinations are they way for interdimensional beings to communicate. If your an observer in this world and don't have knowledge of the other world. You assume its illness. Which can be scientist making assumptions about things they have no knowledge about. Just how they used to believe it was demons. The abduction I coned that because it the syndrome of being "chosen". No different from being a prophet, but then I said dismiss all my hallucinations and leave it to the encounter of that girl I had.

@IsawDDevil oh sure that explains it. It couldn't possibly be illness in fact. Something to ponder. Have a good one.
