Everyone will think I'm crazy so that's why i never told this story before

A few years ago I was hanging out with a friend who was super into the paranormal. We were in his car at a park. He wanted to try out a spirit box he bought and we did a evp session. I never spoke to anything but whatever it was came after me. My friend was asking basic questions like what's your name, are you from around here, what do you like to do for fun that kinf of stuff. I remember hearing the words removal, metal, tom, library and when the word murder came up my friend quit speaking and suddenly my whole body felt electric, i felt weird and my heartrate spiked big time. It spiked to the point i could hear it thumping loud and clear. I ended up telling my friend we needed to go to the hospital because i wasn't feeling well at all. The further we got from the park the better i felt. We pulled into the hospital lot and I began to feel better. Heartrate went back to normal and i didn't feel electric and strange anymore.

I never told anyone because i was afraid everyone would think im nuts. I truly do think i got attacked by something that day. I didn't even do anything but it came after me. I asked my friend if he felt anything but he said no
