That is the myth, that vampyrs are obsessed with counting, hence the classic Sesame Street character.

@NativePortlander1970 they smart, but not smart enough
@caPnAhab What makes you surmise that?
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@NativePortlander1970 I figure one who enjoys counting to be smart. And also knows to get out of the sun's way.. but he doesn't
Like a sort of irony I guess

@caPnAhab Let me posit you a question, when you are in deep concentration and busy with an activity, how aware are you of your surroundings?
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@NativePortlander1970 I suppose I wouldn't. But I'm sure I would at least be aware of the light around me changing.
@caPnAhab You would be very surprised that even you would be caught unaware.

@caPnAhab No, I would not call it irony, I'd call it a well planned out trap.

@NativePortlander1970 I never heard that they liked to count. .I never even put 2 and 2 together .(pun intended )
@AthrillatheHunt The Count on Sesame Street was created specifically on that part of the myth.
