Karma is getting to me

So like ive never had acne in my life and right at the start of april 2025 I started getting HUGE acne on all of my face, cheeks, chin, forehead and Im wondering why now? Ive done everything and it doesnt go away, Im also getting a lot of weight and having eye problems like they start to get inflamed time to time wich doesnt allow me to wear makeup and I feel like the worst pain ever.. imma start thinking about what I did wrong to get like this-
