Is karma a real thing?

I want to believe it is but I haven't seen any evidence
Thinking on it lately because I'm seeing a lot of aholes around me doing well and one of my friends here said the same

I believe it is. Is there a hard proof? No. But I do realize that you get what you put in. So if you want more out of life, you have to take more chances and put more in. If you treat people poorly, you will likely be treated poorly. If you treat people, kindly, you will likely be rewarded With opportunity. I don’t believe that’s too superstitious. More of a action reaction type of thing.
