Oh yeah. One of the weirdest things was my sister when were teens and she cruelly called me a fat pig. I was walking into the bathroom and closed the door. Heard my aunt scolding her telling her that no matter how much weight I lost I would always be bigger than her because my bone structure was larger. I guess she thought I went to the bathroom to cry but I was listening, I was way past caring what that sister said to me about anything. This was in May and by August I had lost a lot of weight (no dieting, part of my problem was that I was anemic and someone got me some iron supplement to take). I lost about the same amount as she gained that summer and she was smaller-boned and couldn’t carry it well. Had lost enough that some of the students hardly recognized me. I don’t think she ever learned anything from it but she became bulemic for decades after that.
