If hair carries karma

Karma are your actions. Hairs don't do any karma nor carries any. Your cutting of hairs can be a Karma. But there are both good and bad karma. It's difficult to ascertain whether your cutting of hairs will fall in good or bad, unless we know your intention behind that. Simply saying, good actions generate good karma, bad actions generate bad Karma.

Whatever you do, do it whole heartedly with good intentions, you are on the right track.

On the upside: I haven't heard of hair storing karma, good or bad... Your hair removal would be at your discretion. 😁

No it doesn't. You can shave your head and gain Karma if it's for a good cause.
