I have, they were an absolute nightmare.

I had neighbors from hell, and celebrated when they put the place up for sale. Then, the new neighbors were worse. When they moved (got foreclosed on) I was contemplating buying the place and renting it out just to avoid any future debacles. Thankfully, the subsequent owners were okay.
