The whole point of religion was to facilitate the abuse of the masses by those who held power in the institution, and those with power outside it whom they favored.

Hell is a pagan myth adopted by apostate Christianity long after Christ. Everyone goes to hell according to the Bible, because hell is just the grave. Immortal souls burning forever in hell isn't what the Bible teaches. She is right about forgiveness, though. Forgiving doesn't protect your abuser, who should be punished by law for his crime, forgiveness protects you. In forgiving you only let it go instead of hold on to it where it will do more harm. It doesn't mean forgetting or protecting your abuser.

forgiveness is what I need first to forgive myself for taking such abuse because I don't deserve it none women deserve it either.
Sometimes hate is what made me move on and find a better choices it makes you say no to any kind of abuse .

If God has actual unconditional love then he doesn't care if you have hate. Especially if you have a legitimate reason for it.

Forgiveness is not for your enemy it is for you. Forgiveness in its purest form means that your offender has no more power over you. Holding a grudge or seeking revenge or harboring hatred means he still has that power.
