Can anyone ever be prepared to spend eternity in hell?

I know the path I’m planning to take will lead me there. Eternity feels way too long, and I wonder if God will ever let good people out of it. I’m not a bad person—I love making people smile and feel good. I know you can’t find roses and sunshine in hell. I need to get out of this body that’s burdening my family. Is that too much to ask?

I've had Christians tell me that I'm going to hell. It beats eternal choir practice catering to a God who has issues.

It will be a horrid experience. You will get a taste of it when your body starts falling apart. Lung infection is no cake walk. Difficulty breathing, burning sensation in your chest. Kidney stones is another killer when it comes to pain. And you are not even at the Gates of hell yet.
