The wonderful thing about the protestant movement is that it rebelled against the evil catholic religion and focused on the actual Bible teachings as a guide rather then the corrupt and heretical catholic authorities..
Yes a lot of unguided people read the Bible and end up creating false doctrines.. But at lest they have the opportunity to be guided by the Holy Spirit when reading the Bible.. As for the catholics they must believe in all the doctrines of the catholic religion and that,s a one way ticket to hell..
