Is there a Heaven Is there a Hell?

Is there a Heaven Is there a Hell that is a good question? How can we know, no one has came back from the dead to tell us.

There is definite a Heaven and a Hell but both are conditions of the living of this world.
@sree251 What do you mean they are conditions of the living of this world? They cannot even compare to this world.

Heaven is a state when I have no feelings of anxiety and fear. This state is fleeting even though it is there. Hell is present more often than not even though it doesn't consume me the way it does others.

Where did you get this teaching that heaven is just a state of mind? That is not what God's Word says. It even describes Heaven and Hell in great detail. This tells us they are real places. And if hell was not real, then Jesus would not have died on the cross to save us from it.

I reread your statement here from the other day. Never underestimate the power of sin. Hell is not a condition. It is a place that people send themselves to because they refused to accept God's Plan of Salvation. They don't realize how serious sin is. The Bible says that sin forever separates us from heaven until we asked Jesus to forgive us, which he does, and this then brings us back into the right relationship and fellowship with God the Father. There's no way we can drag our sins into heaven, so they must be forgiven are they will keep us from heaven. That's in God's Word and no amount of meditation, higher thinking, or quantum physics can change the conditions and remedy that God set forth for man so that we all can be saved. Jesus said that will never work and so did His Father. I don't know why people are so stubborn as to try to find their own way of Salvation when Jesus clearly stated that there's only one way we can be saved and if we don't want to do it God's way, then we better not complain that we missed heaven. It will be our own fault. God's Plan of Salvation was set in motion because it works and he didn't mean it to be changed by mere man who has no understanding that will save him, except Jesus' way. Man is so arrogant to think he is smarter and wiser than God, who made him. We will never be higher nor smarter nor wiser than God. What an insult and slap in the face to Jesus who died to save us, then some reject.

Hell is a condition of suffering. What is suffering? Are the homeless in the streets in your city not suffering the cold of winter now? Are they not suffering hunger and the anxiety of diseases if they are not already sick? Are the homeless and injured not suffering in the conflict zones of Gaza, Ukraine, and elsewhere? We are in Hell. If you don't feel the pain, then you are insensitive to the condition of Hell. You are in Hell but don't see the horror of human existence.
@sree251 if you want to get technical, hell is a place where Sinners go who have not been saved by the blood of Jesus nor ask him to save them. That's what I'm talking about. That's what Jesus said it will take to get us into heaven, is to repent and allow him to forgive us of our sins. So yes when people go to hell, they are in a state of torment, given that sin has separated them from their Heavenly Father, forever. They could have avoided this, but they didn't. I see you suffering all around oh yes, we can see this throughout the world but this is not hell by any means! The description of hell is a million times worse than what we suffer here. People say they are in hell here but they have no idea of what they're talking about. There's no comparison between this life or someone that spends their eternity in hell. Hell is a place and it has compartments.

I only know two kinds of suffering: physical suffering of the body, and mental suffering of the mind.
@sree251 Really. You have said before that you see the suffering in the world. I think a person would have to be blind not to see that, nor the evil in this world. After all, we do live in it and we see killings and War and what have you, all the time, on the news.

I do. My mental suffering stems not only from anxiety and fear for my personal situation. I see my own risk of suffering poverty whenever I come across a homeless person in the street. The people suffering the conditions of war in Gaza could be me because a conflagration of hatred could hit any city in America not to mention being a target of violence should I travel abroad.

Humanity is blessed with a beautiful blue planet and the intelligence to make life wonderful with technology. And yet, we are a curse to ourselves.
@sree251 That's for sure, and that's sad.
