Share a true-to-life ghost story.

I was at a spiritual retreat at a seminary out in a rural community. The seminary is all about blending Anglican and First Nations spirituality and such and was founded by a First Nations woman who converted. Just for some context.


Anyway, we were doing a group meditation sort of thing and my friend was leading the exercise. We were all in a circle and she was walking around the circle. At some point I felt that sensation you get when someone approaches you from behind before you hear or see them. That sense everyone has but nobody can really explain.

Anyway I half opened my eyes out of curiosity but not wanting to completely break the mood. Didn't think much of it since I saw the back of a short, brunette much like my friend who was leading the event. Didn't really think much of it till I realized her voice was coming from the opposite end of the room. I looked again where I saw the woman she was gone.

Apparently the ghost of the founder of the seminary a short brunette woman is known to be spotted all over the property.
