I just bought a new house.

My friend asked, "What if you only got a good deal on it because it is haunted?"

I said, "Then I will make a new friend."

@Glassysky The last couple that was there used it as a vacation home, they were only there a week or so out of each year. It's in good shape, but it needs a LOT of updates. It was priced low to sell. But also I think our appraiser came in higher than an agent could actually sell it for.
