You are probably right but we have had a few storms that the weather forecast said , it’s going out to sea. Same with snowstorms in the winter, whenever it says it’s going out to sea ,it seems like it’s coming to see us 🙃. I live in Maine , right on the coast and I don’t think the weather forecaster even knows we are still part of the United States . 🙃

I land back in Boston Friday afternoon. I'll probably just Uber to the Cape, make sure my condo and boat are secure, then grab my car and head to mom & dad's. They've moved off the Cape and are in Plymouth now.
I feel ya about the forecasting around coastal New England. Like Boston and the suburbs get all the forecasting and places like you and I are left to wonder what magical experience Mother Nature has in store for us! 🙄 The Outer Cape & Nantucket is a whole different world as far as meteorological phenomena go.
Be careful yourself there on Coastal Maine. That's likely where this one will strike. :)
