I know this because there has never been a sighting in a woman's locker room shower. Just saying

Sighting are always in run down squats or buildings.
Why would ghosts hang out there? If I were a ghost I would want to be some place nice.

The most haunted places on the planet then would be where you said or maybe Palm Springs.
