another crazy twist of fate

I had been praying for a good female friend for a little while, because a lot of the people surrounding me were kinda fairweather users and such....

A department at work poached me from my previous team lead position, and I encountered a woman, my only coworker, who is like a soul sister. She espouses my same beliefs, and we have so much in common.

She has told me in the past that she had also been praying for a deep Christian female friend, and had done so in the same timeframe I had.

Today I was confessing to her how I feel I have fallen short in soo many ways, and that perhaps biblical love is not in me. She reminded me that God had answered her prayer by bringing little ole me.

I IMMEDIATELY started crying bc that hit a nerve....I never have felt worthy of God seeing good in me. And maybe that is partially from my abusive past and such, but yeah..I have struggled a lottt with feelings of worthlessness.

This verse came to mind, and I thought I would share....I am not some bastion..I really am a bad influence on here in many ways, but I AM trying.

Matthew 18:19-20:
"Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them."
